Cool - Calm - De-stress.... That's Yin Yoga. It doesn't mean it's easy though! Poses are held for a minimum of 3 minutes - so we are going for quality over quantity. This is a great type of yoga to stretch the fascia and connective tissues of the body, to increase flexibility. This also helps to calm the nervous system.
